Basically, the VR1 is a virtual trainer that allows you to pre-set up to 64 personalized messages, such as instructions, time notifications, and motivational messages, to yourself, in your own words, which will be voiced back at precisely designated times throughout the training session.
The VR1 also includes ” Race A Virtual Athlete” feature that allows users to race against a virtual athlete with paramenters pre-set using the free PC software. It is also useful for coaches and personal trainers who can create a personalized workout for an individual and email to that individual.
FX-SPORT’s VR1 is water-resistant and sweatproof and can be upgradeable fully waterproof using the optional FX-SPORT silicon skin. Its built-in MP3 player has 8GB storage and uses text-to-speech to read and voice album names or playlists. There are independent track change and volume buttons.
