Matrox launches the new TripleHead2Go Digital SE multi-monitor adapter to transform your notebook or desktop computer into a triple-monitor system. The adapter allows you to connect up to three display DVI-D monitors to the single DisplayPort or Mini DisplayPort video output or Thunderbolt port of your computer, with each display with 1920×1080 max resolution for PC or 1360×768 resolution for Mac. It is also able to a stretched desktop with a maximum resolution of 5760×1080 (3x 1920×1080) across three displays or 3840×1200 (2x1920x1200) across two.
The TripleHead2Go Digital SE adapter supports Surround Gaming for expanding supported 3D games across three monitors to achieve a much wider in-game field of view, and comes with Matrox PowerDesk desktop management software with Matrox Bezel Management to compensate for monitor bezel gaps. It comes with one USB cable, one DisplayPort-to-DisplayPort cable, one Mini DisplayPort-to-DisplayPort cable.
Coming in November, the Multi-monitor Adapter is priced at $279.
