Cowon releases in the US its X9 portable media player that is able to offer up to 110 hours of music playback on one charge. The X9 not only play music and video files, but also comes with voice recorder, text and photo viewer and FM radio tuner. It comes with a 4.3-inch touchscreen with 480×272 resolution.
The Cowon X9 supports MP3, WMA, OGG, FLAG, WAV, APE audio formats and Xvid SP/ASP, WMV 7/8/9 videos. It features BBE+ (BBE, Mach3Bass, MP3 Enhance, 3D Surround) sound enhancements to deliver high quality sound. The X9 comes with 32GB internal memory and supports microSD for expansion. Its battery allows up to 13 hours of video playback on one charge.
