MSI is launching two new gaming notebooks, the GT70 and GT60 powered by Intel’s Ivy Bridge processor and NVIDIA’s new GeForce GTX680M graphics card. Both notebooks are powered by Intel’s 3rd gen Core i7 processor with up to 32GB of RAM. The new GTX68M is equipped with 1,344 CUDAs and 4GB RAM to deliver enhanced gaming performance, and the Optimus graphics switching technology to included for longer battery life.
The GT70 and GT60 get a 17.3-inch and 15.6-inch Full HD LED-backlit display, respectively, and offers VGA and HDMI outputs. They have two 2.5-inch SATA hard drive/SSD bays and supports Super RAID technology for increased data transfer speeds. To deliver a better online gaming experience, MSI also adds Killer E2200 gaming network cards to the new notebooks. There are also MSI Audio Boost featuring THX TruStudio Pro and Dynaudio Sound.
Other features include HD 720p webcam, DVD SuperMulti burner (optional Blu-ray drive), Bluetooth 4.0, WiFi 80211a/b/g/n, USB 3.0 ports, eSATA port and multi-in-one card reader.
