Epson announced the Expression Home XP-400 Small-in-one printer that packs all-in-in features in a sleek, space-saving compact form factor. The wireless AIO printer comes with built-in WiFi-n connectivity. It comes equipped with Epson Connect, Apple AirPrint and Google Cloud Printer for convenient wireless printing from smartphones, tablets and other mobile devices. To printer mobile devices, users can simply email documents and photos to printer’s unique e-mail address or use the free Epson iPrint app.
The XP-400 uses instant-dry DURABrite Ultra pigment ink for printing smudge, fade and water resistance output. It offers a one-sided ISO print speeds of 8.7 ISO ppm (black) and 4.5 ISO ppm (color). Scanning can be done at up to 2400dpi and there is one-touch standalone color and black and white copying function. For PC-free printing, the Small-in-one printer has memory card slot for printing files directly from memory cards, and a 2.5-inch LCD with touch panel for preview, edit and control. The printer can correct over- and under-exposed digital photos automatically and remove red-eye with a simple click.
