Tivoli Audio introduces the Radio Silenz, the first active noise-cancelling headphones with wood housing instead of plastic for more natural sound. Inside the real solid wood earcups, you can find 40mm sound drivers. According to the company, the active noise cancelling, Operating on a single AAA battery, can reduce outside ambient noise by up to 85%. You may also use the headphones with noise cancelation turned off, and there is Defeat button that can temporarily switches off the noise cancelation and fades down the audio, allowing conversation to be heard without having to remove the headphones.
The on-ear Radio Silenz is lightweight and has padded earcups for comfortable fit, which can rotate 90-degree and upward for easy carry. The headphones is available in 3 beautiful wood finishes – Walnut, Cherry, and Black Ash. It comes with airline adapter, a travel pouch and a AAA battery that is enough for up to 50 hours of operation.
