HP introduces its new ENVY Spectre XT super-slim Ultrabook with an all-metal design, which is built on the success of the ENVY Spectre. Crafted for mobility, HP’s premium Ultrabook measures 14.5mm thin and weighs 3.07 pounds. It is powered by Intel’s latest 3rd generation (Ivy Bridge) Core processor and will be equipped with 128GB or 256GB mSATA for enhanced performance. The slim laptop includes HP CoolSense technology that automatically adjusts performance and internal fan settings for a noticeably cooler PC.
The Spectre XT comes with a 13.3-inch HD BrightView LED backlit display with a slim bezel line, and a full-size backlit keyboard. It features Beats Audio system with four internal speakers to provide enhance audio playback. The ENVY Ultrabook supports Bluetooth and WiFi and offers Ethernet LAN port and HDMI output. It also sports a HP TrueVision HD Webcam and dual array digital microphone.
The Spectre XT offers up to 8 hours of battery life. It runs 64-bit Windows 7 and is pre-loaded with full-versions of Adobe Photoshop Elements and Premiere Elements software, one year of Absolute Data Protect and two years of Norton Internet Security. Coming on 8 June, the ENVY Spectre XT starts at $999.99.
