AT&T introduces the first 4G LTE Windows Phone in the world, the Samsung Focus 2 (model SGH-I667UWAATT), at the CTIA 2012. Powered by a 1.4GHz processor, the handset runs Windows Phone 7.5 Mango operating system. The second generation Focus features a 4-inch 480×800 Super AMOLED touchscreen display, anda 5 Megapixel with autofocus and HD 720p video recording and a VGA front camera for video chat. As the first LTE Windows Phone, it works on LTE dual-band 4/17 network and supports quad-band GSM/EDGE and tri-band UMTS 3G as well.
The Samsung Focus 2 comes with 8GB internal memory. It supports Bluetooth and WiFi connectivity. As a Windows Phone, it comes loaded with Office Mobile that allows you not only to view Word, Excel, Powerpoint files, but also edit the. OneNote Mobile and Outlook Mobile are also included. It even features Microsoft SharePoint share and edit documents with others easily.
The Focus 2 comes in glossy white. It will be available from AT&T for $49.99 with a 2-year contract.
