3M adds to its Portable Labeler line the new PL150 designed specifically for the unique needs of electrical markets, featuring a computer-style QWERTY keyboard. The labeler also features one-touch formatting keys which allow you to quickly create wire/cable wraps, flags, Code 39 and Code 128 barcodes, fixed-length labels, breaker labels and more.
The PL150 uses 3M’s interchangeable Portable Labeler Refill Cartridges. It comes with a backlit LCD display and supports 3/8 to 3/4 inch lable sizes.
The 3M Portable Labelers can be used for industrial jobsite applications to easily label wires, cables, modules, panels and blocks in addition to creating custom flags or vertical labels. The labelers print on a range of label materials, including heat shrink, for long-lasting labels that can stick to challenging surfaces. New label colors meet ANSI and ISO standards.
