Gear4 is launching the new Renew SleepClock, a bedside alarm speaker dock for iPod, iPhone and iPad, which doubles as a non-contact sleep monitor. With the Renew SleepClock, you are able to track and manage your sleeps, learn and understand your sleep pattern and efficiency from your Apple iOS devices, and adjust your sleep habits.
The non-contact sensor of the Renew SleepClock measures your breathing rates and movements to know wheather you are awake, or in light or deep sleep, and you just don’t need to wear any wristbands or headbands. Dock your iPhone/iPod touch/iPad to the SleepClock, and use the free app to start monitoring your sleep. It will charge the docked iPhone/iPod/iPad, and comes with built-in FM radio.
The Renew SleepClock includes the Auto sleep detection function that allows you to listen to your favourite music as you drift to sleep and once you’re asleep audio automatically fades. It will wake you up at the best moment within the pre-set wake-up range. You can choose radio, music or gentle sound for waking you up.
