Delkin announced its new 32GB and 64GB high performance extended temperature CompactFlash (CF) memory cards. The 64GB model has an operating temperature range of -40 to +85°C, through the use of single-level cell (SLC) NAND flash. Delkin’s new industrial-grade high performance cards offer up to 105MB/s read and 95/MB write speeds.
Using SLC flash, Delkin’s new cards are up to ten times more durable than multi-level cell (MLC) flash cards, delivering over two million program/erase cycles. They include built-in ECC and Wear Leveling technology.
