Transcend introduces its new USB 3.0 multi-in-one card reader, the RDF8. Using the new SuperSpeed USB 3.0 interface, the new reader offers faster data transfer rate and supports latest ultra high speed card formats. The RDF8 has four card slots supporting CompactFlash (CF) with UDMA, SD/SDHC/SDXC with the new UHS-I standard, microSD/SDHC, Memory Stick Micro (M2) as well as Memory Stick PRO/MSXC/MS DUO cards.
The Transcend RDF8 is backward compatible with USB 2.0 interface. It works on both Windows PC and Mac and comes with a free download of Transcend’s powerful and user-friendly RecoveRx software. The card reader is priced ta $24.
