Super Talent introduces its new MasterDrive KX3 series industrial-grade 1.8-inch SSD for emerging notebook and tablet market. The drive measures 5mm in thickness and require only 3.3V. Using Micro SATA II interface, the KX3 offers up to 250MB/s read and 140MB/s write speeds.
The MasterDrive KX3 is housed in metal enclosure and designed with carefully selected extended thermal range component, capable of withstanding the full industrial temperature range. Available as option, the KX3 can be built to handle extended temperature ranges from -40ºC to 85ºC. The drive comes in 32GB to 256GB capacities.
