Samsung introduces four new lines of LED-backlit LCD monitors for business, the 200, 450, 650 and 850 series. First three series will all boast Samsung’s new cost-effective Multi-domain Vertical Alignment (MVA) premium panel, which sports a wide 178-degree viewing angle, fast response time and high static contrast ratio, while the 850 series uses the ultra-high performance Plane Line Switching (PLS) panel technology offering wide viewing angle and high static contrast ratio. All of them feature LED-backlit.
The Samsung 200 series is designed for budget-mind business users. It comes in 19-inch 1400×900 and 21.5-inch 1920×1080 models. The Samsung 450 series is available in 19-inch 1280×1024, 19-inch 1440×900, 21.5-inch 1920×1080, 22-inch 1680×1050, 24-inch 1920×1080 and 24-inch 1920×1200 screen sizes and resolutions. It comes with a height adjustable stand with pivot feature.
The 650 series comes in 21.5-inch, 24-inch and 27-inch models. All three models have 1920×1080 Full HD resolution and provide DisplayPort connectivity. Samsung’s 850 series feature Pro panel for perfectionists. Based on Plane Line Switching (PLS) panel technology, the 850 series offers 100-percent coverage of the sRGB spectrum. It is available in 24-inch 1920×1080 and 27-inch 2560×1440 models. Both 650 series and 850 series have feature Proximity and Ambient Light sensors, and upgraded height adjustable stand with pivot feature (strut-type).
Samsung’s new LED-backlit displays all features a slim profile with thin matte bezel, and matte display. They have built-in wire and adapter management with hard power switch and tactile buttons. You can get these monitors soon.
