TRENDnet announced at the Computex 2011 the new TEW-692GR, the world’s first dual-band wireless router to support 450Mbps on both the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz wireless bands concurrently, for a total throughput of 900 Mbps.
The TRENDnet TEW-692GR has four Gigabit Ethernet LAN ports and supports WiFi 802.11a/b/g/n standards. It features also Advanced Multiple Input Multiple Output (MIMO) antenna technology to reduce wireless dead spots, and supports Wi-Fi Protected Setup (WPS) and offers a WPS button for one-touch wireless network connection.
TRENDnet TEW-692GR will be available for $249.99.
