Samsung releases its 11.6-inch Series 9 notebook in the US. The super slim, lightweight notebook (model NP900X1A-A01US) is powered by an Intel Core i3-380UM ultra low voltage dual core processor, 2GB of RAM integrated Intel HD Graphics 3000 graphics and 64GB solid state drive storage. It has a 11.6-inch 1366×768 LED-backlit LCD display.
The 11.6-inch Series 9 NP900X1A-A01US supports not only Bluetooth 3.0 and WiFi 802.11b/g/n, but also WIMAX 4G network. It also includes Intel Wireless Display capabilities for streaming videos, photos and music from your hard drive, home network, or the internet straight to your HDTV easily and wirelessly. The notebook sports 1.3 Megapixel HD webcam, built-in stereo speaker, USB 3.0 port, HDMI output, microSD card slot. It offers up to 7 hours of battery life.
