Onkyo is launching a new 7.2-channel AV receiver, the TX-NR709 with network capabilities. As an upgrade to the TX-NR708, the new TX-NR709 features he new Marvell Qdeo 4k video upscaling processor, Audyssey MultEQ XT advanced room correction technology, dual subwoofer outputs, dual HDMI outputs and one additional HDMI inputs for a total of eight front and rear. With network connectivity, the receive can stream PC audio and Internet radio from services such as Last.fm, Pandora, Rhapsody, Napster, SiriusXM..etc.
The Onkyo TX-NR709 packs powerful WRAT amplifiers and supports Dolby, DTS, and Audyssey audio processing. It is compatible with DLNA and has USB port for media playback from USB storage devices. The TX-NR709 can get WiFi connectivity via the new UWF-1 Wireless USB Adapter.
