NEC adds to its V-Series multimedia projector line the new affordable NP-V300X model. NEC’s new projector features 1024×768 resolution, 3000 lumens brightness, 2000:1 contrast ratio and up to 5,000 hours of lamp life. Based on DLP engine, the V300X includes 3D capability, and BrilliantColor technology for improved color accuracy.
The NEC V300X offers quick start (3 seconds), auto power on via the RGB input connector and direct power-off with no cooling required after shutdown. It has integrated RK-45 for LAN connection, built-in 7-watt speaker, and built-in wall color correction presets.
NEC will release the V300X projector this month for $779.
