Harman announced two new wireless headphones, the AKG K 830 BT and AKG K 840 KL that let you enjoy music “without the hassle of cords for on-the-go lifestyle.” The K 830 BT uses Bluetooth technology and works with most Bluetooth-enabled devices including iPod touch, iPad and iPhone. It is ideal for the constant jetsetter who takes calls on the run yet enjoys listening to tunes on the train. On the other hand, the K 840 KL, perfect for audiophile who wants to lose himself in music without being bound by a cord, utilizes the Kleer wireless technology to stream lossless CD-quality audio over the air.

The AKG K 830 BT comes with a directional microphone on ear cup, eliminating the need for a boom mic and ear-cup-mounded control. The AKG 840 KL delivers uncompressed 16-bit stereo audio over a robust 2.4 GHz radio link using the Kleer technology. It features passive noise reduction as well. Both models provide comfortable fit and 3D-Axis headband that folds to fit into a compact hard carrying case for easy portability.
The AKG K 830 BT and AKG K 840 KL are available for $249.95 and $299.95 respectively.
