Accessory maker M-Edge anounced its new e-Luminator Touch booklight for e-book reader. The lightweight and small booklight comes with a super-bright LED bulb, a touch-activated power button, sleep timer, three light intensity settings, and a paperclip-style attachment that allows readers to clip the booklight onto traditional books, magazines, or newspapers.
The e-Luminator Touch is comprised of a three inch long support arm, pivoting battery housing, flexible steel neck, and light assembly. Its support arm slides behind the e-reader device into a specially designed pocket integrated into all M-Edge jackets, and the battery housing can then be rotated to cast light upon the e-reader and the flexible neck positioned to provide the desired screen illumination.
M-Edge’s new booklight requires only one AAA battery for more than 20 hours of use in medium setting. It is available in black and graphite and is compatible with Amazon Kindle (2nd and 3rd gen), Kindle DX, Barnes & Noble Nook, Kobo, and Sony Touch, 650, and Daily Editions. The price is $19.99.
