Buffalo expands its USB 3.0 family with two multi-drive storage solutions, the dual-drive DriveStation Duo (model HD-WLU3R1) and the quad-drive DriveStation Quad. Using the USB 3.0 SuperSpeed technology, these devices offers 10 times faster transfer speeds than USB 2.0. The Duo is available in 2TB, 4TB and 6TB while the Quad will come in 4TB, 8TB and 12TB.
The dual-bay DriveStation Duo supports RAID 0 for performance and RAID 1 for redundant storage and the DriveStation Quad offers RAID 0 for performance and RAID 5 or 10 for redundant storage. These storage solutions works with Windows PC and Mac and supports Time Machine. They come with Turbo PC Utility and Buffalo Tools.
