Super Talent announced the USB 3.0 Storage POD external hard drive (model 500H) that offers a theoretical throughput that is 10x faster than its predecessor. The USB 3.0 hard drive is available in 500GB capacity and offers up to 90MB/s speeds. The 2.5-inch drive is also backward compatible with USB 2.0 and is USB-powered.
The USB 3.0 Storage POD measures 129 x81 x 15 mm and weighs just 200g. It is priced at $909.
