NEC adds to its MultiSync line the new PA301W LCD monitor powered by the true 10-bit P-IPS LCD panel. The 30-inch IPS display features 2560×1600 resolution, 16:10 aspect ratio, an in-built 14-bit LUT for the smoothest color reproduction and a 3D LUT for precise color space emulation.
The NEC PA301W, thanks to IPS panel, offers a wide viewing angle and includes Backlight ageing correction to ensure stable brightness, as well as compensation for white point drift over the monitor lifetime. The monitor is ideal for creative professionals, demanding office applications, scientific engineering analysis and the medical field, according to NEC.
NEC MultiSync PA301W has two DisplayPort and two DVI-D inputs and. USB hub. It comes with a stand that has a pivot function, can rotate and tilt and can be height-adjusted by up to 150 mm. The PA301W will be available on black in January 2010.
