Elgato has just launched the new EyeTV Netstream Sat, a network-enabled tuner for free-to-view satellite TV (DVB-S2 or Freesat). The device not only allows you to watch and record free-to-view satellite television on any Mac or PC in the house, but also stream live satellite TV wirelessly to a portable computer or iPad anywhere in your home or garden.
The EyeTV Netstream Sat can record unaltered DVB stream to give you the full quality H.264 or MPEG-2 video in SD or HD quality. It supports multilingual programming, Teletext and Dolby Digital sound. It includes EyeTV 3 software for Mac and THC software for Windows.
The EyeTV Netstream Sat will be shipped on 22 November for Euro 195.95 or GBP179.95.
