Canon launches the imageFORMULA DR-6030C document scanner that is well suited for use at the departmental level, across varied office environments such as government, financial services, healthcare and education. Designed for scanning large numbers of documents, the DR-6030C has a color and black-and-white scan speeds up to 80 pages-per-minute (ppm) /160 images-per-minute (ipm), and is able to handle a wide variety of document types such as thick documents, plastic ID cards, driver licenses, as well as long documents up to 118 inches in length.
The imageFORMULA DR-6030C also includes Auto Page Size Detection and Skip Blank Page functions to help reduce document preparation time. There is also embedded MultiStream technology that allows for the simultaneous output of different image types from a single scan.
