LG adds four new series to its INFINIA family, including the more advanced PK950, PK750 and the more budget-priced PK550, PJ350. All these INFINIA HDTVs feature 600Hz Sub-Field Driving, Picture Wizard II technology, which provides on-screen reference points for key picture quality elements. They are equipped with Intelligent Senso that automatically calibrates and optimizes brightness, contrast, white balance and color; the Clear Voice II and AV Mode II. All these INFINIA HDTVs offer USB 2.0 port for direct media playback from USB storage.
The PK950 and PK750 both have single-layer design. They feature Full HD resolution, THX Display Certification, Dual XD Engine, TruBlack Filter, and the Protective Skin Glass system to reduce the gap between the outer glass and filter by 70 percent, virtually eliminating double imaging and helping to reduce glare. Both lines include NetCast Entertainment Access for access to online content provided by Netflix, VUDU, YouTube..etc.
The PK550 and PJ350 sport 1080p and 720p resolutions, respectively, and features LG’s TruSlim Frame offering a bezel that is just 0.9-inch. They also get Protective Skin Glass system. The PK550 is available in 50-inch and 60-inch screen sizes while the PJ350 comes in 42-inch and 50-inch.
