KDDI announced the new biblio Leaf SP02 e-book reading device that comes with built0in support for CDMA 1x EV-DO Rev.A mobile network as well as WiFi 802.11b/g/n wireless LAN. The SP02 sports a 6-inch 800×600 SVGA e-ink display, 2GB of internal memory and a microSD card slot.
The biblio Leaf SP02 comes with a battery that is enough for up to 7500 page turns. It measures 198×130×9.6mm and weighs 295.8g. KDDI will release the reader in late December.
