Pandigital introduces its new Novel Personal eReader (model PRD06E20WWH8), which is the company’s first ePaper e-book reader model. The new reader features a Sipix/AUO-made 6-inch 600×800 ePaper touchscreen display with 16-level grayscale. It supports popular e-book formats including PDF and ePub.
The Novel Personal eReader gets built-in WiFi connectivity and comes integrated with Barnes & Noble eBookstore for users to download e-books, magazine and periodicals easily. It has built-in speaker, microSD memory card slot for up to 32GB cards, mini USB port for file transfer and charging, and orientation sensor for automatically adjusting between portrait and landscape mode when the device is tilted. The e-reader packs rechargeable lithium-ion battery as well.
