At the launch event of Microsoft’s new Windows Phone 7 (WP7) platform, HTC brings five new WP7-running smartphones, including HTC 7 Surround, HTC 7 Mozart, HTC 7 Trophy, HTC 7 Pro and HTC HD7. The HD7 is the flagship model and is basically the WP7 version of the HTC HD2.
The HD7 comes with a 4.3-inch large capacitive touchscreen with 480×800, a 5 Megapixel auto focus camera with dual LED flash and 720p HD video recording, Bluetooth 2.1+EDR, WiFi 802.11b/g/n connectivity and integrated GPS with Bing Maps. The handset’s built-in kickstand, alongside the large screen, makes the device perfect for enjoying video on the go.
The HTC HD7 is powered by a 1GHz Qualcomm SnapDragon processor, 576MB RAM and 512MB ROM. As for internal storage, Europe version will have 8GB and Asia model will have 16GB. The phone supports WCDMA/HSPA 900/2100 and quad-band GSM/EDGE networks. .
