NEC LED-06AF1
NEC announced introduces two new LED display modules for video wall installations, the LED-06AF1 for indoor such as retail stores, shopping malls and broadcast studios, and the LED-15BF1 for outdoor, including sports arenas, airports and billboards for advertising.
NEC LED-15BF1
The professional-grade LED-06AF1 and LED-15BF1 feature over 800Hz refresh rate and Nichia LED lamp that creates the longest LED life available for a video wall. The LED-06AF1 boasts 2000-nit brightness, 3500:1 contrast ratio 6ms pixel pitch, and 14-bit color proccessing while the LED-15BF1 has 7500-nit brightness, 15mm pixel pitch, 4500:1 contrast ratio and 16-bit color processing. The latter also has IP65 protection rating to ensure proper protection from extreme outdoor environmental conditions. They both offer auto video wall setup to speed up and ease the installation process and dot-to-dot correction for high dot pitch accuracy,
NEC’s LED-06AF1 and LED-15BF1 use DVI-D duallink interface. They will be available in October.
