BenQ announced the new nReader K61, an follow-up to the K60, which comes with built-in 3G and WiFi connectivity. The new e-reader features a 6-inch 800×600 Sipix screen, 2GB internal memory and a SD expansion slot. It includes mini USB port and 3.5mm jack as well.
The nReader K61 supports ePub, PDF, HTML, TXT, DOC, EBI e-book formats as well as JPG, BMP, PNG, GIF images and MP3 audio files. The device supports Text-to-Speech function, Chinese/English translattion function, dictionary as well. It gets a battery the offers over 7,500 page turns.
The BenQ nReader K61 is priced at NT$9990 (US$323).
