Audio Plus Services is launching the Focal Bird 2.1 loudspeaker system, which is composed of small, two-way satellites connected to the “Power Bird” which serves as a unified amplifier, 24-bit /192kHz upsampling DAC and subwoofer solution.
A Focal Kleer Technology wireless dongle is included in the package for seamlessly connect with iPhone, iPod touch and iPad. Users can also get the optional USB dongle that will allow wireless music streaming from any PC or device with USB output. The system also accept a variety of analog and digital connections both hard-wired and wireless.
The Focal Bird 2.1 loudspeaker system is priced at $995. It will be released in Fall 2010.
