At CEDIA 2010, Mitsubishi announced the HC4000 HD home theater projector. Utilizing Texas Instruments’ latest 1080p DLP chip, the DarkChip 3 with BrilliantColor, the HC4000 offers Full HD 1920×1080 resolution, 750:1 contrast ratio, 1300 lumens brightness.
The Mitsubishi HC4000 has a 1.5x short-throw HD zoom lens, built-in DDP3021 Full 10-bit Panel Driver, Six Segment Colour Wheel and a 5000-hour long-life lamp. It includes Vertical Keystone Correction and built-in color management functions. The Full HD projector offers HDMI v1.3 input, D-sub, composite, component and S-video inputs. There are also RS-232c and mini DIN 8-pin terminals.
Mitsubishi HC4000 is priced at $1495.
