Rotel introduces the new RCX-1500, a multifunctional tuner that serves as a CD player, a FM/DAB tuner and an internet radio. The RCX-1500 features Wolfson DAC with 24 bit / 192kHz decoding, Class D amplifier, and an output of 100 watts per channel.
In addition to FM and DAB tuner, the RCX-1500 comes with built-in WiFi and Ethernet connectivity for access over 15,000 Internet radio stations as well as Pandora Sirius XM music services. It has also a front USB port for direct digital connection of an iPod or other USB class 2 devices for direct audio playback supporting RealAudio, WMA, MP3, AAC & AAC+ (non DRM), AU, WAV and AIFF codecs. The Rotel RCX-1500 offers RS-232 control port as well.
