Sony Handycam DCR-SX15E
While we are heading to the world of HD, Sony brings two new value-priced Standard Definition camcorders, the Handycam DCR-SX15E and DCR-SR15E. These camcorders are almost identical, except that the former uses Memory Stick PRO DUO Mark 2 or SD card for storage while the latter comes with built-in 80GB hard drive.
Sony Handycam DCR-SR15E
The DCR-SX15E and DCR-SR15E are equipped with 1/8-inch CCD image sensor with 0,8 Megapixel resolution, a Sony 50x long zoom lens, built-in zoom microphone and a 2.7-inch Clear Photo LCD display. They both feature SteadyShot image stabilization system and Face Detection. The Handycam DCR-SR15E also supports Memory Stick and SD external recording media, in addition to internal hard drive.
Sony Handycam DCR-SX15E and DCR-SR15E will be released in October.
