IO-DATA launches the new HDPN-U500/V USB external hard drive with 500GB capacity. One of the main features of the hard drive is the support for direct connection with JVC Everio, Sanyo Xacti and Sony Handycam camcorders via USB for storing captured video files.

IO-DATA HDPN-U500/V is shockproof. It’s internal cushions protects the drive from 70cm drop. It comes with EasySaver LE, DiskRefresher SE and Data Salvager LE software. The HDPN-U500/V  is priced at 14,600 Yen.
