Alongside the compact SD4500 IS, Canon brings another long zoom digital camera, the PowerShot SX130 IS, replacing the SX120 IS. Canon equips the camera with a 12x optical zoom lens with Optical Image Stabilization and 28mm wide angle, upgrading from 10x zoom of SX120 IS.
The 12.1 Megapixel PowerShot SX130 IS features Face Detection, Motion Detection, Blink Detection, ISO 1600, and Smart Auto mode. It packs a 3-inch LCD screen and DIGIC4 image processing engine. The SX130 records 720p HD video and offers the Miniature Effect movie mode, adding a more creative look to any user’s video capture.
