Y-Cam launches the Bullet network webcam for IP video and surveillance. The camera operates independently, without the need to be connected to a computer. With the Bullet, users can monitor, view and hear in real time, from anywhere in the world, via any internet-enabled computer or phone. Thanks to its motion detection function, if any motion is detected, the camera can instantly email you a snapshot, or record the video to a microSD card.
The Y-Cam Bullet is fully weatherproof and comes with IR-cut filter for true/day night operation. It features 2-way audio, power over Ethernet (PoE) and WiFi connectivity. Video are captured at up to 640×480 resolution a 30fps. The camera gets 12 infrared LEDs to provide high levels of “invisible” light in dark environments.
The compact Bullet works with PC, Mac and Linux. It can be wall or ceiling-mounted, and is supplied with a sturdy connection bracket for easy alignment. There is also optional sun visor for maximum clarity of vision.
