NEC announced a unique addition to its X series, the X431BT professional-grade bar-type LCD display. This 43-inch display is designed for those customers who want to capitalize on digital signage but do not have an environment that allows for standard-sized screens.
The X431BT boasts 1920×480 native resolution, 3000:1 contrast ratio, 500cd/m2 typical brightness, 700cd/m2 max brightness, and support for both landscape and portrait orientation. Like NEC’s other professional displays, this bar-type display features enhanced video wall capabilities, including TileMatrix (up to 10×10), TileComp, copy function, and individual or group ID functions. PIP, POP and side-by-side modes are also provided.
The NEC X431BT offers DisplayPort, HDMI, DVI-D inputs, Ethernet port, RS-232 port for multi-display control and daisy chain capabilities and built-in expansion slot allows for seamless integration of NEC and third-party components. The display is priced at $3799.
