Here is the Doxie, a lightweight portable scanner that will send scanned documents to cloud as well as iPhone, iPod touch and iPad. The Doxie does scanning in Color 24-bit, grayscale (8-bit) and black and white modes with up to 600dpi scanning resolution and a 12 seconds per page (200 dpi grayscale) scanning speed.
