Like the wireless models, the MG5120 and MP280 include the Full HD Movie Print function for users to print individual frames of movies captured using HD Canon EOS and PowerShot Digital cameras.

You can considered the MG5120 and MP280 as the WiFi-less version of the MG5220 and MP495. The former features 9600 x 2400 dpi max color resolution, 2.4-inch color display, Advanced Media Handling options while the latter has 4800×1200 dpi. In approximately 39 seconds the PIXMA MG5120 can produce a high-quality 4×6-inch borderless photo while the PIXMA MP280 can produce the same in roughly 43 seconds.
