Augen offers a 7-inch e-book reader called The Book. The device has 2GB internal storage and supports SD card up to 32GB. It comes with a 7-inch 800×480 LCD display, full QWERTY keyboard, built-in speaker and headphones jack. It is powered by a 400MHz ARM9 processor and runs Linux OS.
The Book supports WiFi 802.11b/g and includes text-to-speech function. It also does media playback supporting MP3, WMA, FLAC, AAC audio, WMV, MP4 video and JPG, BMP, GIF, PNG.
