Canon launches in the US the new VIXIA HF M32 Full HD dual flash memory camcorder. The M32 sports a 3.89 Megapixel HD CMOS Image Sensor and a Genuine Canon HD Video Lens with 15x optical zoom and 18x advanced zoom. It can record Full HD 1920×1080 video at up to 24Mbps.
The VIXIA HF M32 is equipped with Canon’s DIGIC DV III Image processor and features Dynamic SuperRange Optical Image Stabilization, Powered IS, and Smart Auto mode. The camcorder has a 2.7-inch touchscreen. It comes with 64GB internal flash memory and supports SDXC memory cards; and includes Relay Recording function will automatically switch from one memory source to the other as it fills up.
Canon VIXIA HF M32 record movie in MPEG4-AVC / H.264 format and also offers HD-to-SD Downconversion feature that enables users to convert recorded HD video to standard-definition files while preserving the original HD video. It will be released in September for $999.99.
