Following the BD-C6900, Samsung quietly launches three new 3D Blu-ray players, the BD-C5900, BD-C6800 and BD-C7900. All players support 3D Blu-ray playback as well as Blu-ray, DVD and CD media. They can also stream video from Netflix and play audio and video from USB storage devices.

Samsung’s BD-C6800 and BD-C7900 all have 1GB internal memory, supports BD Profile 2.0 and built-in WiFi connectivity while the C5900 lacks internal memory and is just WiFi-ready. As the update to the C6900, the BD-C7900 offers two HDMI outputs and two USB 2.0 ports. The C6800 provides 7.1-channel analog audio output while the C5900 and C7900 offers just 2-channel. All three players support DTS/DTS HD, Dolby Digital Plus, Dolby True HD audio codecs and 1080p DVD upconversion.
