Buffalo is launching in Japan the LinkTheater LT-V100, a HD media player capable of 1080p Full HD playback and output. It includes HDMI output and support for Dolby Digital and dts digital audio codec.
The LinkTheater LT-V100 has no internal storage but offers two USB 2.0 ports for external storage. It is also networked thanks to the Ethernet LAN port. The V100 supports mainstream media formats including mpg, mpeg, vob, mp4, wmv, asf, avi, mov, xvid, iso, flv, mkv, rm, rmvb, ts, mts, m2ts video; jpg, jpeg, bmp, png, gif, tif, tiff image and mp3, wma, asf, wav, m4a, ogg, flac audio files. You can expect composite video output and 3.5mm audio output.
Buffalo LinkTheater LT-V100 will be priced at 11500 Yen.
