Razer introduces its line of gaming peripherals designed specifically for the release of Blizzard Entertainment’s real-time strategy (RTS) game StarCraft II: Wings of Liberty. Three tournament-ready items will be released, including the Spectre mouse, Marauder keyboard and Banshee headset, all have gaming-optimized design inspired by the StarCraft.
The Razer Spectre is a lightweight five-button mouse with 5600DPI Razer Precision 3.5G laser sensor, 1000Hz Ultrapolling/1ms response, mouse click button force adjustment and backlit with APM (Actions-Per-Minute) Lighting System. It is priced at $79.99.
Next, the Razer Marauder is a full-featured keyboard with a multi-color backlit. It features Razer Hyperesponse technology, optimized spacing with laser-etched keys and 1000Hz Ultrapolling /1ms response. The price is $119.99.
Lastly, the Razer Banshee gaming headset boasts a circumaural design with 50mm driver units, detachable microphone boom, built-in volume and mic control buttons. It will be priced at $119.99.
All these StarCraft II gaming peripherals include Razer’s APM (Actions-Per-Minute) Lighting System that provides real-time performance feedback through changing color hues to complement the gaming experience.
