Sony adds to its E-series the new VAIO EA and VAIO EC models that comes in multiple colors. The 14-inch VAIO EA and 17.3-inch VAIO EC join the 15-inch VAIO EB series. Other than Iridescent Blue, Hibiscus Pink, Caribbean Green, Lava Black and Coconut White translucent, high-gloss colors, both series will also be available in Maple Brown, Silver White and Gunmetal Black matt colors.
Sony’s VAIO EA and EC series are powered by Intel Core processor and are Intel Wireless Display ready. One of the EA models, the $999 VPCEA2JFX/W packs Intel Core i5 processor, 4GB of RAM, 500GB hard drive, Intel HD graphics Blu-ray drive, HDMI output and 14-inch screen. These VAIO notebooks support Bluetooth and WiFi connectivity.
