Intel reveals its new Atom processor plans at the Computex 2010, including new Pine Trail mobile dual core processor, the new Oak Trail processor optimized for tablets and slim netbooks, and the razor-thin Canoe Lake platform.
New dual core Atom processors N455 and N475 for netbooks are available now and the D525 and D425 for entry-level desktop PCs will be available on 21 June. The Oak Trail for tablet is expected in early 2011. Intel also shows its Canoe Lake, a razor-thin Atom-powered netbook platform that is just 14mm thick but does not mention availability.
