Neofonie, the German company behind the WePad, has decided to change the name of the tablet from WePad to WeTab as to “differentiate their products within the international market for tablet computers”.
Except for its name, all other things remina unchanged such as 11.6-inch multitouch display, 1.66GHz Atom N450 CPU, 1GB of RAM, 16/32GB internal storage, Bluetooth, WiFi and optional 3G UMTS/HSPA support. The price is still Euro 449 for 16GB version and Euro 560 for 32GB version with 3G, GPS and Full HD output via HDMI.
