Kaleidescape launches the new M500 and M300 movie players built-in the copany’s M-class architecture. The former is a Blu-ray disc player with import function that copies Blu-ray Discs, DVDs, CDs on to a server and the M300 is a movie player designed to play movie content from a server.
The M500 supports direct playback of Blu-ray Disc, DVD and CD. Both players feature 1080p output with 24fps. and support for bitstream pass-through of Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD Master Audio. They provide gigabit Ethernet LAN port for connecting to your home network and offers HDMI, component, s-video and composite outputs.
The Kaleidescape M500 and M300 will be released on 18 May for $3995 and $2495 respectively.
